Mom's birthday dinner

It was my mom's birthday on Friday, but she was busy. Since this weekend was a long weekend (depending on who you ask, Monday was a bank holiday either because of Queen Victoria, or of the Quebec Patriots who fought the English in 1837-1838). We spent Sunday with my sister-in-law, her boyfriend, and my nephew. Just quiet time, good food (really, really good food) with family. It was really relaxing to not think about the special law, the violence in the streets, the students, etc.
