Like a summer's day

We have been blessed with such good weather this week, the sunshine and blue skies seems to be in constant supply. Today we went to Davos to ski on another mountain called Jakobshorn, which is very popular with the teenagers as they have lively bars with loud music and a hot tub in the snow....Adam packed a towel in his back pack in case they went there, I told him to rather pack a bottle of bleach....

Gavin and I only did two runs and then went home as we had left Thomas ill in bed. He has a nasty cough and cold and has been feeling poorly all week, so a day in bed seemed like a good idea. Gavin is also not feeling great, he has a cold and sinus and this morning woke up with fat puffy eyes, which is not a good look. Mind you, skiing is not the most glamorous of activities, and I don't look much better with flat helmet-hair, baggy eyes from the high altitude, and enhanced wrinkles around the eyes and forehead from the tight ski goggles - thankfully I don't have a red nose as I do use sun block!
