Beam of Early Light

What a pleasure to see some sunshine.  I topped up my S.A.D. batteries this morning walking around Weston Park.  I wasn't sure about posting this, I had to do quite a bit of work in Lightroom to achieve this effect.

There are some other shots on Flickr, including a few snowdrops which were at their best, carpeting large areas along Shrewsbury Walk.
