Flippin' gorgeous

Time for a bit of pancake tossing this evening. We go for the traditional sugar and lemon juice, although a sliced banana also featured. They were delicious. This is my daughter, who also gave me the title! This was the only decent photo out of about 80 taken in 6 or 7 bursts. My mother's photo once appeared in the newspaper, winning a pancake race. It obviously runs in the family.
