Those little reminders

Stop... Take a moment and realise a delayed train, a broken coffee machine, the price of food, OMG a spot on your chin or that annoying woman called Debbie at work... All these are nothing in the grand scheme of life.

The little reminders of the people we love and are loved by or the realisation that £19k a year, a roof over your head and food in your belly isn't actually that bad...

Just stop and think it could be worse...
