18 February 2015 - When in Wales!

The highlight of today was lunchtime spent eating chips in homage of National Chip Week with Medwyn, lovely walking along the seafront, it was bit cold but the chips and the company made up for it. They were lovely chips, soaked in vinegar and salt, hmmmmmm!

Picture was taken early this morning, as I was walking down the hill after spinning.  The fields by the National Library have sheep and lambs playing around and these two were serenely sat enjoying the morning so I snapped them.

Still not feeling 100% today, no headache but sore throat, back ache and ear ache is still lingering.  I hope it does not form into a full blown cold, fingers crossed!

Spoke to my Dad this evening, he had his final radiotherapy session today, so now recovery mode sets in.  Very glad that he is finally through this now, onwards and upwards as a family.
