Mike and Zoe

Mike and Zoe popped out for a bit this evening. We'd been storing some stuff for them and they were out to collect it now they've bought a new house. It was good to see them as it's been a while.

Bit of a tough session at Taekwon Do, but I'm feeling good for it now.
