Furnace

One of the creative courses offered at our university is sculpture, and today I was lucky enough to go along and see the smelted bronze being taken out of the furnace and poured into some small moulds. A great blip opportunity, I thought, so I dragged along Bittersweet at the last minute as well. It did indeed prove a photo-tastic experience, although red is such a hard colour to get right digitally. It was nice and toasty too - in fact, maybe taking some bread and a toasting fork next time wouldn't be such a bad idea!
