On borrowed time

So with the 3kg of Gloria's chillies still adorning my fridge & no way to convert them into anything delicious without causing some sort of stovetop chaos ...SS found a solution.
The thing about an on trend thing is that there's going to be someone nearby that has one....but how do you get them to part with it for 24hrs? Just ask.

So here it is, in my bench punching out the first batch of a chilli jam before bed after a PM shift.
There's still 2.6kg of chilli to use up - but at least the 1kg of tomatoes got used.

The house will make you cry if you walk in right now - the chillies are part way cooked & wow breathing in is dangerous!!
