He can swim!!!

We went to Bolton Abbey today and Chino (on his extension lead) had a swim in the river Wharfe - he can do it!!!  We worry about him with water as he jumps in with gay abandon - any water... regardless (we nearly lost him when he jumped in the river Aire once) so he always needs to be on his lead when it's nearby.  The river was fast with yesterday's rainfall but still pretty shallow - but he doggy paddled... pretty darn low in the water (he is heavy) - but he did it.... and then he wouldn't go back in!
Just about to start my country chicken stew - and then the little ladies are off to watch some film about colour shades... oh it only seems like yesterday they were watching The Little Mermaid!
