Blue horizon

Despite the rest of Edinburgh basking in the balmy summer sunshine, take a trip down to the Firth of Forth and you'll see a very different sight. In fact, you won't be able to see much at all, for all that haar.

I used to live at The Shore and, although it was a great place to be, it always irked me having this coastal fog descend on us when there was sunshine to be had not 5 minues up the road.

Does make for some interesting photographs, however.
