Friendship and Games

We started the day with a delicious bowl of porridge, then headed to the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for a wander. It was hard to find somewhere to park, and I'm not sure we actually found the main area or just walks around an RSPB place and farm, but we had a very nice wander!

We were starving, so headed back to Lancaster for lunch at a pub called the Waterwitch down by the canal. The food was tasty and we played Sanja's game Gloom before it arrived, between courses, and after. Fun!

We went via Sainsburys on the way back to Shree's and bought some tea (which we haven't managed to eat!) then spent the evening playing Settlers of Catan, eating chocolate and drinking Baileys, then watching the Silver Linings Playbook. A fun friend day!
