Old Recipe Book

Hannah, our daughter-in-law, is a keen cook. Today we gave her this old recipe book written by "Countess Morphy" and published for Selfridges we suspect around 1910. It was given to us by Peggy Baird of the Old Farm, (an Elizabethan Farmhouse), Beech near Alton, Hampshire over 40 years ago. We know Hannah will have the book repaired and will use and treasure it for many years to come.
