Wild Primroses

I was surprised but delighted to see my wild primroses in flower so early in the season.   They are under a huge weeping willow tree that's on the river bank that I leave 'wild' and where the snowdrops, celandine and my lone aconite are and now the lovely and delicate wild primroses.   I love the colour of these little beauties and think spring may not be so far away after all!
