A really busy day

I have had a really busy day- left home at 7.30am this morning to battle the traffic. Spent a couple of hours "helping" in the wildlife hospital...An amazing place to be involved with. Its only been open since Christmas, and is the only one in the South Island. Only 2 patients this morning- a Black Swan and a Little owl. The on duty vet had taken home the 2 Harrier hawks to give them intensive care. All run with voluntary work, and a Trust to keep the finer details sorted.
