Pen-sive

While I was perusing the Sunday papers in an idle 5 minutes last night I came across an advert/article about a photography exhibition, This Comedian by Idil Sukan.

I do love portraiture, especially really good portraiture like this, and I really wish I could do it better.
So, inspired by the idea of practising the art, I tried myself, admittedly without much thought for lighting in this instance.  I'm also not entirely sure what I was going for with the pen and glasses either.
You never know, I might even get Laura to pose at some point...
