Sausages

One of those days when you only take the one picture -and not a very good one at that.
I'm not entirely sure why I felt the need to take a picture of my lunch cooking, but I was staying at work until half 7 so needed some sustenance. It's actually surprising how much water -or apple juice- comes out of pork & apple sausages when you cook them.
