good start

One of my Christmas presents from my son was a smoothie recipe book.

I had a good rummage through it when I got my cold the other week. I found a cracker - yoghurt (plain), honey, ginger, mango and banana. It is delicious.

No mango in the fruit bowl this morning, so I had to improvise with an apple and a kiwi instead. Still delicious. 

The zinc is an immune system booster too (like the honey and ginger). 

One word of warning. It would be all to easy to chop off a finger while preparing a mango first thing in the morning. Take care.
