National Waterways Museum Ellesmere Port

Up for the 7am service. Home by 7.45am, finished work by 8am. Finally 100% on holiday!
Switch off work emails on phone - check. 
Ironing complete by 9.45am.
Packing complete by 10.30am. Half an hour to spare and not stressed, unheard of! 

Picked Mum up from the coach station in Liverpool and went to the National Waterways Museum at Ellesmere Port. It was quite interesting and we had a boat trip too. Then it started to rain. 

When we left the museum it was too early to go to the hotel in Crewe and it was beginning to rain hard. We spotted signs for the Blue Planet Aquarium so decided to go there. We had an enjoyable couple of hours and found it relaxing. 

Now in the hotel, about to go down for a meal. We decided to relax in the hotel this evening. A game of cards later.
