Sleeping on the Beach

These are a Monk Seal and a Sea Turtle on a beach on the Island of Kauai.  These seals are an endangered species and are closely guarded by a group of volunteers as they sleep all day to prepare to hunt for food at night.  The turtles rarely come out of the water.
