Wild

After a lot of vodka and not a lot of sleep, I was up and out for a walk - by myself of course ........ the others were still snoring good style.

I headed down to Wawel Castle where I found an amazing model in the courtyard.
It was screaming out to be blipped - so I put the fisheye lens on and put the camera inside the model to try and get the real view behind the model.

I thought the same lens was suitable for the statue of Pope John Paull II as well.

After a couple of hours I made it back to the apartment for a coffee.

It is scary what you find on the balcony at these places.

Whilst having a 'sherbert' in the afternoon there was music started and i saw a group of nuns joining in with the Hokey Kokey and they just had to be photographed.

In the evening we all headed out to the suberbs for a barbeque with our friends at their very posh house.
Before eating we went for a walk in the woods and took some snaps at an old ruined fort. We were meant to have a model lined up ..... but she failed to arrive.

Late on our host realised that he hadn't lit the bonfire.
He disapeared to the bottom of the (very large) garden and the next thing there was a huge BOOM and a fireball lighting up the neighbourhood.
He reappeared (surprisingly) with a very sheepish grin on his face and we all headed off to see what was left.

A great day to end a great trip.
