swimming

I went for a swimming lesson tonight...   I haven't been in a pool in about 15 years, and I never learnt to swim properly as a kid,  but it's never to late to learn...  So I booked a private lesson, bought a swimsuit and some goggles and went along with a bit of trepidation...

I loved it!  the teacher is great and I found myself actually making forward motion for the first time... definitely going to have to do a bit more of this
