Milk my Friend...

Aaargh, I can't quite work out what is wrong with my tongue.  It's so sensitive just now.  I can't drink tea until it's cooled right down, can't drink juice straight out the fridge and absolutely can't handle spicy foods.  I bought a sanny for lunch today and didn't realise it had jalepenos in it.  It was lovely but I actually toiled through it and had to buy some milk to cool it down.
