Not at all rough

These four workmen, and their shy mates (six from memory) were starting their working day with coffee, and possibly breakfast at the Cafe Crema, across Park Road from the Auckland City Hospital. Other than the two inside the cafe, all were gathered around the two tables.

I stopped and got out the camera, and then decided to seek permission for the photograph. A murmuring of consent, was followed by movement and "Not me" from some of the younger members of the group, and I was left with four outside and one inside in view.

All were very pleasant and their behaviour was quite at variance with the (presumed) roughness of the work they were about to get started on. After coffee and gourmet breakfast (perhaps). Whatever a gourmet breakfast is.
