Helen's Kitchen

Helen hosted our book club today. It was a morning meeting because several of the gals are taking Trish's class at the community college. Helen made two casseroles, one gluten free for one of the gals and one with bread. Kathleen brought a potato casserole and the rest of us brought croissants and fruit. There were nine of us and we had a fast moving conversation about the book (Leaving Cheyenne) and the movie Mr Turner. Great fun. Of course we talked of many other things too and enjoyed the yummy food and good company. We all toured Helen's basement which she just finished remodeling. How wonderful it is. We had a lovely day. I took this photo out her kitchen window and the fiddled with it using Nik and Topaz filters.
