Roasting Coffee ...

Today we visited restaurant 'Beurs' in Schiedam. There was a demonstration of coffee roasting. They make their own blend and of course you could taste the fresh made coffee. In the picture you see a check during the roasting process of 1 kg of coffee beans ... ;)
