IKEA

A good combination of relaxing and getting quite a bit done today.  I changed the bed while Tim went and did the food shopping, we did four loads of washing between us, cleaned out the bird feeder and restocked it for the flying piglets (as Tim has named them), and then this afternoon we drove over to Thurrock to look at kitchens in IKEA.  Very exciting, and we think we've picked the one we want, and have a rough idea of the layout, too.  Next step is to get someone out to help us plan it properly.

As is the law at IKEA, we went in not expecting to buy anything, and came out £60 poorer, but with a lovely new lamp for our bedroom, a picture frame, spaghetti jar, some napkins and a whole load of bulbs.  It's the law.
