Not even the vaguest hint of a daffodil for St. David's Day, so have a fly-by of the Aire and Calder Navigation from the M62 instead.

We'd been to Xscape where we indulged in 4-D mini-golf and watched the skiers. We may stick a tentative little toe into the territory of snow-based sports on our next visit.

Finally, I don't know where the Greenfinches have been all winter, but a couple finally arrived in the garden today, all frisky for spring.
