We had planned to go up to Perth today to visit Ali, George and their new wee baby, but we called off due to Dexter's pretty awful cold.  Initially to protect baby Oliver from the germs but it soon became clear that Dexter wouldn't've been in the best of sorts anyway.
We spent the day encouraging him to sleep as much as we could and only left the house once to get some shopping in.  We were supposed to get a chair photo to add to the series but decided he wouldn't be looking his best! 
We didn't even make it out to the pub! What kind of Sunday is that?!
