Glencoyne Bay

We were going to the lodge today to do some planting and decided to detour by way of the Lake.  Some dothering old geriatric managed to take his camera bag and camera but without an SD card!  As a result I had to borrow from Clickychick when she had had her session.

This is taken from just across the road from the National Trust car park looking South South East (ish).  Just along the road from Wordsworths host of golden daffodils  (not in flower yet)  In summer there is a large shingle beach where people sit and the kids paddle.  As you can see the water is a little higher today.

In the back ground are Birk Fell and Place Fell.
