All about the numbers...

Having been a gym instructor in a former life, I'm still a total equipment groupie. Technogym is my very favourite and the gym I frequent has a whole bunch of brand new kit. It practically makes me swoon.

The foxy new treadmills let you watch telly, with subtitles, whilst playing your own music. And the readout at the end looks great.

Seven seconds slower than last week. I'm all about the numbers so I'm a bit disappointed. But I showed up, gritted my teeth and hung on in there. Finishing is brilliant. Now I feel great.
