Three Scenes

Like yesterday, we spent the better part of the day driving. Couped up in the car for hours on end we established that we're not as young as we once were. We're quite certain about that.

Unfortunately the view from state to state varied very little. Though the dingy site of my hometown after this horrid month was revealing.

Still we count ourselves blessed to have had such a lengthy and beautiful time away.
