One Of The Locals

My morning walk usually takes me past this glorious tree. It's a native Queenslander, the Golden Penda (Xanthostemon chrysanthus).

Another hot day with temperatures in the upper 30s centigrade forecast for tomorrow - working indoors with the  aircon on again then!
