Snow Field

It was March but winter wasn't done with us yet. A major storm was predicted to roll in on this day, bringing a mix of snow, sleet, freezing rain, ice, and rain. And it did. And I will tell you all about that in tomorrow's Blip.

But in the early morning before the storm began, I snagged a few minutes to step outside and wander through an open gate into a snowy field nearby. My mood was jaunty, my spirits high. It looked like winter. Crows came and went. So did huge clouds of starlings. Another winter storm? Well, yeah, at this point, all I've got to say is this: Ob -la-di Ob-la-da, life goes on!!!
