Had a blinder of a Saturday. The weather was stunning all day! We spent the morning in Summertown, gaining a good impression of the place by looking in the estate agent windows - like the £15m Georgian estate set in 130 acres or the €4m ski lodge in Chamonix.

Had some lunch, got beetroot everywhere, then home via Cowley to spend the afternoon in the garden reading/painting.

You can probably tell this was taken in Cowley rather than Summertown...
