Baking biccies

I cooked a pork dinner today followed by syrup sponge pudding while Chris and Dad watched K playing in a consolation cup semi final. They won comfortably and everyone got very wet and cold! A bit of a change from yesterday's weather.

After dinner I popped to the shop to pick up a few things that I had forgotten to get yesterday and a new electric whisk as my old one had broken. I then made almond biscuits - based loosely on a Hummingbird Bakery recipe - they were lovely. I worked the biscuits off at the gym and then returned home for some tea and I am now just settling in for an evening of school work. Where did the weekend go?!
