Operation Spring Project

Done!!

Here's the finished article-a history of maypoles with a description of where the Linton village maypole would have been prior to our old house being built on the site in the 1600's and a model of a maypole with dancers which actually go round and round when you turn the handle.

I worked all day then came home and did housework which seems a bit unfair to me. D's at band practice tonight and Alfie's going over to watch the football with my dad.  I might be peeking at it from behind a cushion or I might just go to bed and carry on reading 'We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves' which is an odd yet intriguing read.
