Quilting club

Tonight was the after school quilting club. Our numbers are depleting but I have a dedicated core, plus the 2 fab other members of staff. We are hoping to get this finished for the Festival of Quilts.  The girls have sewn most of the papers onto the fabric which was easy as they didn't have to have neat stitches. However sewing the shapes together is a different matter. I think there will be some unpicking over the next week and resewing ready for next week.  

The theme is Patchwork Magic. I will blip the finished piece of art. Already thinking about how to make the group more exciting for September!
