Fun Friday...

It's been a good day. Not surprisingly as it is the 13th!! Always enjoy those auspicious days! Went to the fourth of a 5 session figure drawing workshop. Today we were looking at. Michaelangelo's last known drawing which showed wonderful movement in its lines. We tried to capture that using conte crayon and chalks. It produced some really lovely drawings around the class.

The day started wet but then the sun came out and the birds sang. I saw the first blackthorn in blossom!! Heartening! The snowdrops have suddenly gone over and the crocus collapsed in the rain - spring is in the air!
