'Let it not be forgotten that I am an ass!'

Wow what a day. Jen has brought me to Stratford for my birthday/Christmas/Mother's Day present so we have walked the hallowed streets, shopped, marvelled at Butterfly World with shimmering butterflies flying around our heads, tiny quail running round our feet and iguanas in the shrubbery! We've had the most excellent and scrumptious meal at Loxley's (we arrived to find a birthday card on our reserved table!) and laughed till we cried at Much Ado About Nothing. What a fabulous performance! We've just had hot chocolates in the bar here at our Premier Inn and now it's to bed with Jen promising me breakfast at Carluccio's in the morning.
