Escapee from the Show.

Yesterday's Kendal Alpine Flower Show had ten specialist Nurserymen all keen to take more money than you were planning to spend. What an easy job they had.

Of course they bring the flowers on so that they are in bloom a few weeks before you would expect. So who could resist bringing home a couple boxes full of treasures.

Here is a glimpse of Soldanella which in the Alps will soon be pushing its way through the melting snow.
Now it is safe in the small Knottman Alpine House.
