Gold Award

My girl has been DESPERATE for a Headmaster's Gold Award, since the first week when some of her friend's who struggled to adjust to school were given them. This week was her turn. For her really beautiful writing that she's been doing recently. The same day, she also returned with a note in her reading record telling her she should be proud as her writing is a Y3 standard. She was really proud, for sure. 

After school she had her first tea-date with a class friend. I had to go pick up friends' kids so was there to cuddle her and give uniform but she went off with H. Her mum said that they were so good she was almost worried by the quiet several times! Katie had a brilliant time.
