The Way of Colour

Colour on the inside

It was hotter still this afternoon, reaching 21.8C according to the local weather station. The haar had burned back early again today but when Apothecary7, Maeve the Deerhound and I got down to the beach at Westhaven during our pre-lunch wanderings there was still haar at the beach. With the tide out and a lot of green seaweed on the rocks it resembled a steaming swamp of the sort seen in B horror movies from the 50s!

Apothecary7 went off towards the boats on the wet sand to blip hunt, and Maeve and I went up to the fishermen's huts at the back of the beach. We hadn't explored around there for a week or two, but not a lot had changed ... except that there is ... another old tractor. Another of the very old blue variety. Quite a tractor collection to be seen there now. I did take a couple of shots, but on review I felt they were too close in and just looked like an engine and didn't convey tractor. So, today's one off not in a series blip is some bright colours. All packed up in a large cube like crab pot, ready to load on a boat :-)
