Renegade

Went to the beach today. Not to laze on it, but to drive on it. We were in Scotland for the launch of the Jeep Renegade, a car with hidden secrets: a little spider motif here, a tiny car logo there. Seriously, the designers have hidden lots of little visual treats around the car for an owner to find and enjoy.

The day began in Edinburgh, where we stayed overnight and where my thoughts inevitably strayed to Blip Central and the people who worked there, and hopefully will again.

Then we drove to a delightful coffee stop at Winton House, a charming little stately home with interesting decor and a couple of Canelettos. It's well worth a visit.

Because the car is a rugged 4x4, we went off-roading on the beach, in a wood, and around a timber works. It was entertaining good fun.

I didn't manage a bliofotoforever hands-outstretched photo today, like so many other blippers, but I'm with you all in spirit.
