Blipmeet in the Bots

Joe'sBlips and I have been talking for some time about doing a Blipmeet. It finally came together today. Joe's friend Eamonn hadn't been to the National Botanic Gardens before, so that's where we met. What a blast!

Coffee, chat, blip-wander through Palm House and Cactus House and other Houses and along winding paths filled a fabulous few hours. Eamonn's predilection for ducks and pansies came out in the open, we sampled the wonderful smells of plant after plant and oohed and aahed at the amazing treasures along the way.

There's a few more shots over on Flickr, but this one won the blip spot for today, marking a terrific time spent in great company. Thanks, Joe and Eamonn. I enjoyed every minute.
