Cloudy eclipse

Woke up to a cloudy day, just what we didn't want!
Luckily it began to break up as the eclipse was happening.
Because of the cloud we could watch it and saw a glimmer of the sun behind the moon!
My camera was not up to the job (I know I shouldn't blame my tools!) and couldn't capture what the eye could see.
Never mind I quite like the silhouette of the houses as it went dark and the birds stopped singing.
