After the Fire

Last night I finally had a chance to use the fire bowl I received for Christmas. We used a CleanFlame fire log (look 'em up on Google, it's a really neat idea). The weather was turning on us, though, and it was chilly and gusty by the time the fire was done. I look forward to trying at again when it is warmer and calmer.

It would be stretching the truth to say that I was having so much fun yesterday that I forgot to blip, but there's that second gap in my 50in50 project anyway. :( Clearly I set out to do 50 days consecutively, without gaps, but -- not surprisingly -- that's not how it worked out. So, rather than give up completely, I guess I will just get my 50 days in with as few gaps as possible.
