Resting

What a beautiful day it has been today!
For the first time in what seems like ages, I wandered up the hill with the dogs and my beautiful fiancée. It really was lovely to be out in the sunshine again watching the dogs running about.
We pottered around the house for the rest of the morning and after a quick lunch we headed to Skaill. The huge expanse of sand was totally empty and the dogs thoroughly enjoyed themselves racing up and down on the sand. HV and I enjoyed the views and the sunshine.
Taliscularis the big felt the urge to have a bit of a lie down on the wet sand to cool off.
I have struggled with photography and blipping for the last little while, seeing the inside of one bathroom or another is hardly inspiring. Today felt like my photographic mojo returned. The 200 odd shots on the memory card are testament to that.
While HV trundled off to work, I got on with a bit more in the boiler room. The ceiling is now plasterboarded. Time to start running the pipework for the boiler and thermal store...
