Fruit based drinks for the ladies

As promised. Aperos between rugby (a conflicted crowd here...) and heading out for the next in a long line of meals.

A surprisingly early start given the tapas, wine and chocolate fuelled evening before. Breakfast was a fine spread of fruit and pastries with some almost, but not quite, French bread (I've clearly become a bread snob). Then some ambling and a trip to the Roman Baths (fascinating and much improved by the addition of Bill Bryson in my ears). Lunch in a fab veggie restaurant, where we honestly tried to keep our voices low while discussing whether badgers would be tasty to eat. Ok, we didn't.

(Not tasty, was our conclusion.)

Then some more meandering, bit of shopping, compulsory kitchen shop visit, and home for prosecco. It's not a bad life.
