Waiting for green shoots.

Landscape looking pretty bare at the moment. No green shoots appearing yet. 

It was while contemplating this view from John and Jan's place I thought it was a good analogy for the events occurring at Blip which at the time of this photo looked like it was in danger of disappearing in financial turmoil.

We're in Harpenden at the moment assisting Jan who has just had an operation on her shoulder. The operation was bigger than had been anticipated and she had a bad reaction to the drugs, but she's on the mend.
